In 1990, the agency was acquired by Prudentialife Travel Plan, Inc. to guarantee the delivery of services to its planholders. The change of the company's name to Prudentialife Travel Services, Inc. marked its full integration into the PRUDENTIALIFE GROUP in 1995.
