RESERVATION SYSTEM
Our highly trained staff are equipped with two (2) reservations systems-Galileo and Abacus-to enable them to provide the most complete and current information on travel requirements. These include instant access for availability and confirmation on airline companies, hotels, car rentals, cruise bookings, and show tickets. Visa information and weather conditions are also readily available in this comprehensive travel system.

TICKETING
On-site issuance of both international and domestic ticket for air, sea, cruise lines, trains and escorted motor coaches, enables us to provide instant response to client ticket requirements.

RECONFIRMATION AND VALIDATION
Ticket reconfirmation service is provided free-of-charge. This includes reconfirmation of tickets purchased overseas by clients.
Revalidation of tickets for new bookings and re-bookings may be provided to any airline concerned with a local office.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS AND ASSISTANCE
Airport meet-greet-assist services may be provided to client visitors on a prior arrangement basis. This may also include airport pick-up service at minimal charge.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE
Our wide network of international service providers are available to our passengers when they are outside the Philippines.
Clients will also be provided with an emergency hotline. This service includes accepting collect calls from overseas should the situation warrant. For our corporate accounts, an account executive will be assigned to service and maintain your account to be fully cognizant of your unique requirements.
