4. Ticketing Restrictions
   
   
   • Ticket is valid for maximum of three (3) months
   • Ticket must be issued five (5) days after confirmation
   • No refund for partially unused ticket
   • Refund penalty applies for totally unused ticket
     
     
5. Surcharge of USD50 per way for stopping in KUL 
   
   
6. Overnight stay (room only) in KUL provided in case no connection within 8-hours to international flight
   
   
7. Rates not valid for reverse direction
   
   
8. Valid on MH operated flights only
   
   
9. No mileage accrual
